The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget hosted its second of three Operating and Capital Budgets Fall Community Engagement meetings Saturday, Oct. 22, at the West End Healthy Active Living Center. West End residents were invited to learn about and share their input on Mayor Ed Gainey’s proposed 2023 budgets.
